Zane currently serves as Head of Asset Management for Blue Bison, and is responsible for cultivating market value to increase investment returns, ensuring operations are in line with projections, and the coordination of capital improvements. With nearly a decade of varied experience in the real estate industry, Zane has extensive hands-on understanding of implementing business and investment strategies required to complete the successful re-birth of properties, and positioning them for maximum investment opportunity for our clients. Prior to Blue Bison, Zane was a Commercial Investment Sales Broker dealing primarily with Family Trusts where he engaged in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, property management, and dispositions. He also worked in the Software industry growing and leading teams of Technical Consultants. Zane graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from BYU-Idaho with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance, and enjoys reading, fitness, 3D Printing, and appreciating the outdoors with his active family.
